Terms for submitting your Curriculum Vitae
The Company Smile Vosmandros D. SA which is based in Industrial Area of Thessaloniki, DA 12A, PC 57022 Sindos, tel. +30-2310-680544 undertakes to protect your personal data, disclosed from any source [e.g. via a printed or electronic Curriculum Vitae, via third parties, etc.], always in accordance with the European Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection and the current Greek legislation.
The Company ensures the legal and appropriate process of protection and confidentiality of personal data that receives, in order to prevent any unauthorized access to this data, as well as the equipment used for their processing or archiving.
PURPOSE OF USE PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data contained in the CV are obtained and processed exclusively for reasons such as the evaluation and selection of a candidate by the Company.
Processing is necessary in order to take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of a contract, in accordance with article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation 2016/679 “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract”.
The Company guarantees that your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned in this Policy, without prior notice and where required, your consent. The Company does not share personal data with third parties, unless required to do so for the legitimate purposes of the Company and its needs, in order to respond to your requests and/ or if required or permitted by the law.
DATA RETENTION
The Company undertakes to keep your CV in a safe place with controlled access for up to one (1) year after filling the job position. You can request the deletion of your personal data in a shorter period of time, which the Company will implement if it does not fall under any other legal obligation.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company may disclose your personal information to specific persons of the Company, necessary for the selection process of candidate employees, e.g. HR Department, Administration, Accountant Department, etc.
In any case, the Company takes the necessary measures to ensure that all Personal Data transmitted receive an acceptable level of protection.
SECURITY AND INTEGRITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational security policies and procedures in order to protect personal data and information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.
In addition, it strives to ensure that access to your personal data is restricted to those who need to be aware of it. People who have access to the data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of this data.
DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
With regard to your personal data, you may exercise the following rights: right of access, right of information, right of rectification, right of erasure, right of restriction of processing, right of data portability, and right of objection.
In order to exercise any of the above rights, please send us an e-mail (in the Email account: info@smilevos.gr) always stating your complete details and the reason for your communication.
In case of exercise of one of the above rights, the Company will take every possible measure to satisfy your request within one (1) month of receiving it, informing you in writing of the satisfaction of your request or the reasons that prevent the satisfaction of one or more of them, as well as for the reasons of any delay beyond the above period of one (1) month and in any case not later than three months. The Company will also inform you of your further rights in case of improper response. This information is in principle provided free of charge by the Company, subject to the request for notification and information not to be exercised repeatedly, in excess and/ or to be manifestly unjustified.
